Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN) registered agency and
the operator of this booking site are guaranteed to be the
lowest published rate. If there is a lower rate available
for the same room, same dates and the same hotel, you must
contact GoldenTravelGuides within 24 hours of booking.
The property with whom you booked will either honor the lower
rate or cancel the reservations without penalty. This guarantee
does not apply to standard rates, packages and non "Discount"
rates.

A: In order to be eligible for the Guaranteed Lowest Rate:
GoldenTravelGuides.com must be contacted within 24 hours of
booking. Please do not contact the property directly. The
new lower rate must be for the same hotel on the same dates,
and available for booking. The reservation must be made on
a Discount rate.
